Association Captives

Associations today are being challenged more than ever, to come up with creative ways to help their members solve business problems. One way associations can show their value is by creating a group medical benefit captive to help their members to finance their medical plan. The association captives that Benefit Captive Re have built and manage typically utilize a combination of core structures that enable the program to sell insurance in all 50 states on a cost effective basis to the captive and the association. The programs we manage are self funded in nature, and comply with ERISA. We will use an onshore domicile, and work closely with the regulators of the state of domicile to ensure the program is solvent and complaint.
